Worked on the evolution of mobile core networks, network elements scaling, design and systems integration. My responsibilities included but not limited to the following.• Capacity Planning and network dimensioning to accommodate subscriber and traffic growth and business requirements.• Evaluating business requirements and marketing inputs to launch new services and analyze the impact on network.• Bid management & preparation of network specifications.• Technical and commercial evaluation of solutions/proposals.• Vendor management, tracking of service delivery, PAC/FAC, arranging workshops and roadmap presentations for upcoming products and services.• Preparing Project documents i.e., HLDs/LLDs, network integration plan, access control lists, routing plans etc.• Developing network optimization & improvement plans.
