Promoting Portable Solar Cold Storage of Ecozen (with AI system and remote sensing technology) through Government and Non-Governmental Organizations4. Solar Rooftop Solution for Industrial and Commercial Organizations with Collaboration with IDCOL (up to 3 MW power plant with net metering connectivity)5. Conversion of Energy efficient technology and Rooftop Solar Solution project on Meghna Multipurpose Himagar Limited, Munshigonj. (With Collaboration with IFC).6. Solar powered Water Desalination and Purification Project under DPHE. (Installation of Carocell Desalination plants in 500 locations in Coastal districts of Bangladesh). 7. Solar Street Light Project under TR KABITA, Bangladesh Climate Change Trust and BREB 8. Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electricity through Solar Nano Grid Project by BREB. In Coxbazar District (15 Crore BDT). Major Task:-Operation coordination of underground pipeline development work (for Dhaka WASA) through HDD technology and its unit -To explore new business opportunities for future business expansion.-Collect information of branches in company's main business areas and make integration plan to group business-Analyze present business trends with a view to develop new services, products, and distribution channels.-Promote company's products/services by addressing client's objective.-Design major new business offering for new clients

Most of them were JICA funded studies. In every case I was involved with both the administrative and research sides. During 2011 to 2012, managing security for Japanese research team was a difficult task for me. Here we tried to ensure the security as well as research task and so we always tries to follow the guidelines from JICA Dhaka office.

Remarks:JICA Private Sector Development Research Project was one of very intensively Japanese high official connected study- where I was involved in. At its’ background, the research issues and activities were continuously monitored and guided from both JICA Dhaka and Tokyo office. The concept of the research was done to understand Bangladeshi industrial situation that can be related and connected with Japanese investors. In the process of the work flow we conducted the baseline research part. After completion of research from our team- the report was submitted to the department of Mr.Ishizuka Kenji, Deputy Director, South Asia Division 4 (Bangladesh & Nepal), South Asia Development, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Tokyo. These researches suggestions played role for Japan government to finalize agreement issues for two countries (Bangladesh and Japan) specially on economic and infrastructural sides. After finishing the total chain of work, Mr. Shinzo Abe, prime minister of Japan, visited Bangladesh (6th September, 2014), after 14 years, to sign up final Bangladesh-Japan agreement. I feel proud to be part of the background researcher of this process. It was one of the most wonderful experiences of my research life also. I worked in this project as project coordinator. My task was in both sides on research field as well as some administrative and to coordinate the tasks.
