A professional with hands-on working experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital and Investment Banking. My experience at SEAF Bangladesh, a global SME Impact Investing firm, allowed me to pick up the global PE/VC and impact investing terms and norms and the understanding of working in the SME investment ecosystem. I have pragmatic experience in scaling up SMEs and working on their corporate governance improvement, financial governance improvement, general EHS improvement and impact assessment. In the Investment Banking side, I have built an unique work portfolio which includes Mergers & Acquistion (M&A) Advisory, Corporate & Transaction Advisory, Valuation Advisory, Corporate Restructuring, and Inward & Outward Foreign Investment. I bring the unique blend of working on the both buy and sell sides of PE/VC and the pragmatic working experience in M&A, corporate advisory and transaction advisory. My experiences till now have given me the unique meld of both an analyst and a relationship manager.
