Personnel Administration• Supervising activities of the Time Office and maintenance of attendance and leave records necessary for processing payrolls of employees.• Keeping records of employee attrition in the company, evaluating reasons for the same.• Administering Reimbursement claims (Overtimes, Weekly and monthly Incentives).• Work closely with Admin to ensure timely execution of engagement activities and also ensure place is healthy and hygiene is maintained Co-Ordination & Interaction;Scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate interest level till the date of joining, salary negotiations. • Constantly updating the data, carrying out all the Co-ordination activities till the final placement and closure of the candidate.• Preparation of Business reports relating to Interviews with number of Offer Made and Candidates Joined.• Involved in Training and development activities for Employees. Recruitments; Sourced candidates using various means (viz. job portals, resume databases, consultants, job postings, mass mail, walk-ins, contacts etc.) Maintained timeframe of the required employees, negotiated notice period, joining etc. Planned and prepared annual headcount report and updating the organization chart.  Arranged interviews with the technical panel after screening and filtering. Follow-up with candidates for offer acceptance, joining formalities etc On-boarding & induction; Responsible for induction and joining formalities of new joiners. Maintained Job Descriptions and also the organizational chart for the same Training; Training needs identification using tools such as questionnaire and inputs from performance Appraisals and confirmations. Preparing training schedules for employees and post-training evaluation. Sourcing & Vendor Management; Constantly build on hiring engine capability i.e. employee referral scheme, job portals, internal job postings, Channel partners.
