• Technology planning & TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) for the Foundry division. - Technology planning included the effective modification of very old equipment with fewer resources that would result in increased productivity or longer intervals for maintenance. - TPM's responsibility was to look for effective ways in which the manufacturing & setup times could be minimized to increase the process efficiency. • MDM (Master Data Management) SAP PLM consists of various responsibilities including; - Master Data Standards Center (MDSC) issues that bind the identity numbers in SAP to have unanimous characteristics defined as per company standards. MDSC also defines the integrity of details in basic data of an identity number. - Master Data Doublet Center (MDDC) issues in which the system identifies the duplication of identity numbers having the same basic data. - Classification of basic data based on the classes allotted to all the identity numbers. This proves to be convenient for analyses when one wants to segregate thousands of identity numbers based on certain properties & classes.
