During my time with Unfold we worked to establish a new design process that allowed freedom and teamwork to fuel creativity. I helped to hire and build out the web department using this process and assisted in creating standards that all departments would eventually adopt. I helped analyze, ideate, and refine designs with my team. Over the past year I worked closer with the partners to formalize employee growth goals, company structure, and explore new technology to help support our team.

I worked closely with my group of designers to creat a design system that would give us velocity for starting projects to match the fast pace environment we worked in for our clients.Working closely with front-end developers I was able to design websites for Wordpress that pushed the limits of what the CMS is capable of.Reviewed and provided feedback that advocated for our clients users as well as helped the growing designers learn with clarity and empathy.Presented design work with confidence using analytical data to support design decisions and educate our clients as to why we made the choices that we did.
