Given that my passion and career goals are centered around football coaching, I feel fortunate to have spent time with Grand Valley State’s football program for two seasons. During that time, I served as an intern and worked directly with multiple members of the coaching staff to assist in player development as well as learn what it takes to create a strong and successful program. My plan is to use this invaluable experience to help further develop myself as a coach and to propel myself into the world of football coaching, whether it be at the high school or collegiate level.On top of interning with GVSU Football, I’ve worked working as an intern for Allendale High School athletics, working directly with the athletic director to ensure a quality experience for the fans, to create a memorable experience for the athletes, and to refine my skills as a sport manager. Currently, I’m interning with Centreville High School as the assistant athletic director as well as Jr. High Head Football Coach and Varsity Assistant Football Coach. I’m excited to continue to grow and refine my skills as a sport manager and coach so that I can learn to better create a high quality and exceptional sports program.
