- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of software licenses, installation and documentation - Track software version, usage and entitlements across the organization- Ensure the organization's compliance with the software licensing agreement, avoiding overuse or underuse of the licenses.- Prepare for and manage internal and external audits. - Identify and resolve compliance gaps and to ensure legal acquisition of all software assets. - Oversee entire software asset lifecycle. (Procurement -> Deployment -> Update -> Renewals -> and Decommissioning)- Manage software renewals and ensure timely updates to avoid lapses in license availability and support.- Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers.- Oversee and negotiate software contracts and licensing agreements to ensure favorable terms.- Ensure that contract terms are adhered to and that software is used within the scope of agreements.

Key Responsibilities: - Subject matter expert of ITSM Processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management processes (With Focus on Change Management Process) - Process Design, Delivery, Knowledge Transfer, Operational level execution KPI identification, and measurement in accordance with the industry standard and Organizational requirement. - Collaborating with stakeholders across IT and the business to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive service improvements. - Defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance and effectiveness of ITSM processes. - Contributing to the development and maintenance of ITSM documentation, including policies, procedures, and service catalogs.Focus on Change Management: - Manages and carries out Change Management process tasks in accordance with the Global Change Policy. - Ensures compliance with SOX requirements. - Reports and raises risks and issues to the Change Management Process Owner(s). - Assists in Change Management reporting, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Arrange, coordinate, and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) review meetings. - Monitor and provide updates on change status. - Identify and address change implementation schedule conflicts. - Implement process updates and enhancements.

Focus on Problem Management Process:Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for overseeing the problem management process. - Review and evaluate newly opened problem records and search for existing problem records with known workarounds. - Determine the priority and severity of each problem record. - Initiate escalation and assign problems to appropriate groups capable of resolving them. - Conduct post-mortem meetings to pinpoint root causes and establish permanent fixes or workarounds to mitigate the issue. - Perform trend analysis to detect potential incident patterns that can be addressed proactively before they escalate. - Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Continuously improve services based on feedback from users, support groups, and stakeholders.
