I am responsible for concepting, planning, designing and improving digital services and commercial solutions for our clients, in both short term and continuous development projects. I like to be involved in the whole process from the start, when defining the key objectives and requirements of the project, through the scope planning and iterative design phase, all the way to cooperation with developers and further development planning.The projects I work with are very versatile and I get to utilise my knowledge of service design and UX broadly, as well as understanding of marketing needs in digital environments. I completed the Nielsen Norman Group's UX certification in UX management, and am a NNg certified UX professional.

I was responsible for concepting varied digital services for our clients. I facilitated workshops and helped clients to define their targets and objectives. Projects varied from concept-driven UX design development to UI design, digital service design, and further development of selected clients current web services, including eCommerce. In this position I also helped to develop Avidly's working methods, tools and processes with the digital team and company-wide to better integrate all our competencies. I also acted as a UX design competence coach to my fellow colleagues.My work consisted of both one-off projects and continuous work with outsourcing clients. Also I consulted accessibility issues both in-house and for clients.

As a creative I helped my clients improve their communication, branding and services. I started as a summer trainee in advertising department, where I did daily ad production for the newspaper. During the years I did almost everything there is to do for a graphic designer in a newspaper – from image retouching to news graphics, from layout to corporate graphics. Getting used to daily deadlines and organized working processes have really helped me later in my career.
