My duties include, but are not limited to, handling accounts receivable, receipting, banking and performing bank reconciliation tasks.Key Responsibilities:ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE♦ Organising payment allocations of four branches; AUS, NZ, USA and UK.♦ Setting up all new accounts and maintaining accounts in two different systems.♦ Performing and uploading risk assessments for new and existing accounts.♦ Assisting with the end of month reports and statements when needed.♦ Entering monthly accounts journals.DEBT COLLECTION♦ Managing commercial debtor invoices and enquiries.♦ Contacting customers regarding outstanding accounts.♦ Preparing correspondence regarding outstanding accounts.♦ Managing and maintaining outstanding accounts and payment arrangements.♦ Maintaining a spreadsheet of all outstanding debtors for presentation.♦ Tracking of all customers on payment plans.RECONCILIATION♦ Reconciling daily receipts and preparing bank deposits.♦ Uploading bank statements from different banks and credit cards payments (CyberSource, PayPal, Payway).♦ Reconciling all receivable and bank accounts.ADMINISTRATION♦ Assisting with entering sales orders when needed.♦ Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.♦ Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.♦ Finding ways to improve administrative processes.♦ Scheduling meetings and appointments.♦ Taking notes and minutes in meetings.♦ Assisting the customer service team with any account queries (i.e. if customer sales orders are over their credit limit advising how much they need to pay to top up their account).
