I undertake duties which currently involve arranging interviews for the new intake for the Division of Physiotherapy and Sport Rehabilitation … sending out dates and instructions to candidates and rearranging as necessary, sourcing clinicians to help with the interviews, liaising with the clinicians and academics who are due to interview and logging the interview outcome for each interviewee; I also send out the new dates for the Division’s Clinical Educators’ courses and their update courses, send out application forms, keep the databases up to date and order the food and refreshments – I introduced a paperless system for both the interviews and the clinical courses; I update the course handbooks for both Physiotherapy and Sport Rehabilitation, send out starting information for the new intake, and make up the new registers and photos. The duties outside of the division include, registering new students as and when necessary, scanning student documents, answering their queries, helping to arrange appointments with counselling service, welfare, etc.I currently use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher and Excel, plus university software, Saturn3, MyNottingham, Moodle and Campus Soft. I am a quick learner, have a very good work ethic, good time keeping and show a loyalty to the company I work for,I am particularly looking for flexible working conditions or part-time (early finish).
