I spent nearly thirty years in senior executive, leadership, and policy positions at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Small Business Administration. I am expert in public policy development and implementation, particularly with regard to trade regulation, consumer protection, and competition policy and law. I also have deep management and leadership experience. I am frequently retained by public, non-profit, and for profit entities for consulting services in the areas of public policy, management, leadership, and strategic planning. I also teach Administrative Law and Public Policy.
