I am a senior at Marquette University, pursuing a double major in Secondary Education and History, with a minor in Broad-Field Social Studies and a concentration in Political Science. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, I am an active member of the Core Honors program, Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc., and the Marquette Chapter of the College Democrats of Wisconsin.In addition to my academic pursuits, I serve on the executive boards of Marquette College Democrats and Alpha Chi Omega, where I have developed strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills. My responsibilities include event planning, member engagement, and promoting each organization's educational values and policies.I am passionate about educational policy, particularly in social studies curriculum and instruction. After graduation, I plan to pursue a career as a middle or high school history teacher, with a long-term goal of earning a master’s degree in education. My dedication to my subject area, coupled with my enthusiasm for inspiring young minds, are two of my core strengths.
