•Direct interface with suppliers and internal sales team as necessary to support both budget and time requirements•Develop and maintain a detailed budget to meet the program criteria•Act as a subject matter expert on destinations and site options•Negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring best possible price and concessions•Ensure the successful communication to all relevant parties of program expectations, deliverables and deadlines including follow-up•Work closely with internal sales team to create compelling, best-in class proposals•Creative planning with strong research and proposal writing skills•Collaborative team player•Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook•Exceptional time management and program management skills•Commitment to continuous learning to enhance product knowledge

•Full Program Management commencing with client brief to project fulfillment including: needs analysis; venue research and appraisal; client presentation; site inspections; food & beverage requirement, and rooming list management. Manage group transportation, décor, security, entertainment, audio visual equipment, and selection of key-note speakers•Attendee management including: website operational lead; invitation package distribution; inbound response management and custom database creation•Trained new employees on Cvent and other CWT computer applications •Managed and maintained detailed program budgets and expense reconciliation for group events•On site execution involving multiple components: attendee registration, supervised on-site event staff, liaise with the venue and other event suppliers
