Key box, nickel key tags, gift box and folders etc.) - Takeover of the common properties and residential units from project team including procurement of necessary fittings, furniture and setting up of the site officeFrom Obtaining Temporary Occupational Permit Onwards - Lead a team of 3 (Property Executive, Building Supervisor and Administrative Officer) in managing the entire estate, ensuring the daily administrative details are properly carried out and the estate maintained properly- Attend to residents’ enquires with the aim to resolve problems/needs promptly- Identify defects/design issues within the common areas and highlight to Project Team and Consultants for rectification and solutions- Coordinate with contractors and quality inspectors in getting the internal units’ defects rectified within the time frame stipulated in the Sales & Purchaser Agreement Show less
