Creative Operations Director
CurrentAs the Creative Operations Director, Pacific Creative Hub (PCH) at TEAM LEWIS, I lead the global planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget. My role involves managing a diverse range of traditional and digital creative projects all within a global framework.I collaborate closely with clients and internal teams across our global network to define project scopes, allocate resources, and maintain high-quality output. I am responsible for building and enforcing best practice procedures across the agency, implementing quality control processes, and addressing potential risks.In this global role, I lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that spans across APAC, US, UK and EMEA. Additionally, I manage resource allocation and capacity planning, ensuring optimal team performance and project profitability on a global scale. My role requires a deep understanding of agency operations, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive the success of our worldwide creative initiatives.
