I served as a loyal and trustworthy bookkeeper for 17 years for this summer camp/outdoor school and have managed to do it almost all remotely for the past several years. My notable recent accomplishments were to oversee the selection and implementation of payroll conversion from QB Desktop to Gusto (we have 300+ employees annually) and conversion from QBDesktop to QBOnline starting January 2023 for 4 entities. I also navigated the uncharted territory right at the onset of the PPP loan process and the ERC credits available during COVID. I successfully secured PPP1 and PPP2 loans that were forgiven and I also filed the necessary 941Xs to receive substantial ERC credit refunds for retaining staff before most people even knew it existed. I did full-charge bookkeeping/payroll, employee onboarding/benefits, set-up and maintained the camper database, enrollments, billing, and collections, as well as the Go To for the rest of the team that may need something or have questions.
