I am an Irish Expat living in the US since 2009.I find that my biggest superpower is the ability to understand people and connect with them. Perhaps its because I have lived in three continents or I have a Masters which focused on culture and communications in transformation environment or that I really love to chat !I am passionate about people and finding out what makes them tick. How they interact with people and what motivates them.I spend alot of time coaching and mentoring people as I can help them bring out the best in what they have to offer and it gives me great pleasure to see people whom I have helped grow and blossom as I believe that everyone has a unique talent and skill it just needs to be fostered. This is the same thing I focus on with my customers and consultants is trying understand how to get them all to collaborate and together make it better.
