I am the Office Manager and Paralegal in the Phoenix, Arizona office of the national labor and employment law firm of Fisher & Phillips LLP. I graduated from College of Marin in 1979 with an Associate of Science degree in Legal Secretarial Studies. My role as Office Manager provides the Phoenix office support through all phases of operations, staffing, and marketing.I provide comprehensive paralegal support to the attorneys in virtually all aspects of employment related litigation and pre-litigation matters handled by the Firm, including but not limited to unlawful harassment, retaliation, and discrimination matters. I have extensive experience in all subject areas related to the firm’s labor and employment practice including class actions, harassment and discrimination litigations, wrongful termination, OFCCP compliance and commercial litigation. I also have experience and knowledge related to the preparation for jury and/or court trials, as well as the actual trial process.
