• ConnectWise Certified Professional Administrator• Setup and configure new ConnectWise Deployments• Setup and configure ConnectWise & QuickBooks Integration• Setup and configure sales tax tables• Facilitate QuoteWerks Implementations• Review and update old ConnectWise environments• Troubleshoot billing and general ConnectWise issues• Process review• Workflow rule setup• Training• Documentation• Ongoing monthly billing, collection and ConnectWise Administrator services

• Responsible for creating best billing processes and procedures• Duties include creating, reviewing, routing and editing all bi-monthly, product and project invoices• Bi-Monthly reporting to executives on billable time and variance.• Work closely with executives and department heads to solve problems develop procedures• Work closely with executives and product development to streamline ConnectWise• Approve and create all new clients, agreements and projects in database• Acted as team lead in the finance department, coached and trained all new hires on billing processes and time entry• Work directly with clients regarding questions on invoices and billing disputes; review and create credit memos• Other duties include A/R inquiries, ad hoc reports/projects for clients, colleagues, managers and executives
