Coordinates and monitors the operation of graphic design related activities as applied to print, web and other multi-media mediums including: college web site, inbound marketing campaigns, video graphics, outdoor advertising, brochures flyers, publications and all other marketing collateral materials.

Directs concept-to-completion execution of all assigned product photography, package design projects and videos to promote company’s portfolio of 8 outdoor power equipment brands (MTD®, MTD Pro®, Cub Cadet®, Troy-Bilt®, Yard-Man®, Yard Machines®, Bolens®, Remington®), Partners with CD, brand managers, ensures highest possible aesthetic, technical standards are met for all projects.

Hired as Art Director in 1997, achieved promotion to Senior Art Director in 4 years’ time. As such, spearheaded the visual execution of this iconic consumer electronics brand’s promotional initiatives, the combined results of which were an enhanced in-store shopping experience, a robust and completely engaged customer base and significant annual increases in sales. Specific accomplishments: • Led teams in creation of high volume of logo and package design, national advertising, in-store retail promotion, product video demo, 3D display and out-of-home environmental graphic projects that built the Bose brand, and maintained its status as a global industry leader. • Earned “go-to Art Director” status for video projects (conceptualization, storyboard creation, execution). Produced 6 video projects over 5-month time frame that connected with viewers, immersed them in a total brand experience, improved brand loyalty and drove sales. • Designed user-friendly instructional DVD that enabled customers to connect their new sound systems, which reduced customer help calls from 600+ to 12 per week (98% reduction). • Installed new internal processes and protocols that significantly improved workflow and productivity, which reduced annual costs by an estimated 15%.• Consistently recognized by corporate leadership for creative excellence and exceptional leadership and relationship management skills.
