About Eilis Mernagh Chartered Mcipd
With a background ranging from advertising to charities to engineering to animation to the public service, I have extensive experience in human resources, people management and project management.Qualifications-wise, I have a BA Honours Degree in English from UCD as well as achieving a CIPD-accredited post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. I hold a Masters in HRM from TU Dublin and have achieved Chartered membership of CIPD. I'm now completing an MBA at National College of Ireland.My most recent roles were as HR Manager for Irish animation company Boulder Media and in a HR Specialist role for the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities. I then moved to a HR role as part of a Restructuring Team at the Citizens Information Board, followed by the role of HR ICT Strategy Implementation Lead for the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer. Currently, I am the Director of Human Resources at the CCPC.
