As Program Director for Cape Town I was responsible for managing the local team, establishing partnerships with international universities and developing successful experiential education programs. As part of Connect-123's global management team during a period of accelerated expansion I have developed processes and communications for roll-out to all locations, trained and mentored international colleagues, and project managed the corporate website relaunch.
