Responsibility for Production/RM/Buy items/Production equipment planning and Master Data management.Focusing on shortening planning time to increase operational flexibility, building inventory management processes, refining data infrastructures and leading to data transparency in the information systems.

Building an implementation plan for the global operational strategy and long-term production capacity

• Direct/matrix management of supply chain teams in Israel, Europe and USA.• Ongoing monitoring of global demand and supporting the accuracy of production and procurement plans.• Creating, implementing and responsibility for meeting global stock levels and KPIs in all company branches, including "inventory health" process measures to reduce inventory scrap.• Building ongoing monitoring reports and KPIs of the company global logistics costs in all branches and examining alternatives to reduce costs.• Creating and monitoring “On Time Delivery" KPIs.• Creation and implementation of “Operational Excellence” plan in the organization, optimizing existing processes and implementing work routines using the right LEAN tools.• Improving and streamlining global processes in operations and systems.

• Establishment of an S&OP process in the organization, involving sales, supply, production and procurement teams. Monthly/quarterly S&OP meetings management.• Implementation of the JDA system - Operational system for managing global demand, MRP and production/procurement recommendations, global inventories and sales analysis.

• Establishment of the Economics department in Lycored.• Management and supervision of the department's day-to-day tasks, including: sales and profit analysis, inventory costing analysis, economic feasibility studies and data analysis. • Yearly/Five-years work plan preparation process management.• Preparation of the group consolidated quarterly P&L estimation on a monthly basis.• Special reports for the decision makers including measurements of quarterly and annual management goals.

• Products pricing and costing.• Monthly financial reports and budget control of production inputs.• Inventory analysis and evaluation.
