• As a technical facilitator, I was responsible to mobilize and facilitate rural villagers and develop infrastructures in rural villages. I designed and managed for infrastructures such as schools, health clinic, roads.
• Created/ prepared Designs and Estimates for multiple infrastructure types (schools, health clinic, community halls, roads, drainage, retaining walls, culverts, water supply, wash facilities, bridges, irrigation, etc).
• Trained and built the capacity of local villagers in procurement, M&E, Operations and Maintenance, as well as environmental management practices, such as waste management, water conservation, energy efficiency, and.
• Facilitated villagers to identify construction needs for market linkages and development, ensuring alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals and the needs and preferences of the local communities
• Monitored sub-project provided technical advice to the rural public, as well as conducted environmental audits and assessments to identify and mitigate environmental risks and impacts of infrastructure projects
