I am a results-driven, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect currently working for EMS Consulting with 13 Salesforce certifications/accreditations and over 260 Trailhead badges (Double Star Ranger). In my role, I drive innovation and act as the technical architect specializing in the Salesforce marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).I have over 20 years of hands on IT experience, and have been working with Salesforce since 2008, with a focus on Marketing since 2014. During this time, I have successfully performed a number of roles including manager, technical architect, implementation/best practices consultant, business analysis, development, technical lead, project management/leadership, and quality assurance for many successful projects for both large and small companies in many industry verticals. I have worked well with onshore and offshore models as well as with remote workers from all over the globe. I feel that this gives me a well rounded and comprehensive view while working on projects with clients.In addition to my IT experience I have over 7 years of experience on the business side in such diverse departments as Marketing, Operations and Finance, as well as earning my MBA in Entrepreneurship in 2009. This experience and education further rounds out my perspective, giving me a unique, 360 degree understanding of how projects work and allows me to better facilitate communication between all parties.
