EJ works in the two most critical interface points between human and human; communications and service experience. Developing the design, strategy and interventions necessary to improve or innovate on our junctions of interaction is what excites her the most. EJ is highly regarded for developing and deploying strategic communications initiatives and service experience projects that are built for scale. As yet, she has served large institutions but is moving her work and expertise into the field of social impact, movements and transformational space. Known for spearheading and leading organisation-wide transformation projects, EJ is unabashedly skilful in directing large-scale transformation, even with challenging dynamics and context. Born to South Korean immigrants who migrated to Singapore in the early 1970s, EJ grew up experiencing the diversity of values that each culture and lineage brought. Effectively trilingual, EJ is at home meeting and connecting with people from various backgrounds, but more importantly has built comfort in being able to translate, bridge and facilitate comprehension and trust. As a coach, EJ is sought for her appreciative practice. Inspiring and thought-provoking, she brings her warmth and strong intuitive insights into her practice. She is adept at holding space for convicting and powerful conversations, and is successful in co-designing actions and practices to help her clients embody their learning.
