While being a student athlete has limited my ability to experience what it is like to work behind a desk. I am fortunate to know what it is like to be a leader on a team, persevere through challenges, and adjust to sudden changes. In addition, there are many times as an athlete where I had to pivot in the heat of the moment and have to quickly figure out how to succeed against my opponent. How would this be any different working in a corporate environment? I enjoy being a part of a team that is focused on achieving a certain goal. Collaborating with colleagues to find niches within certain market dynamics interests me. Success is not achieved through one individual but takes a village in order for it to happen. Furthermore, I am an individual who encourages positivity and resilience in any environment that I am a part of. I can thrive in any environment that I am put in because of the characteristics I obtain, and I believe that is my strongest trait.
