With over five years of work experience in various administrative and customer service roles, I was a data entry specialist who strived to provide accurate, efficient, and timely support to students, faculty, and staff at Western Governors University. I am passionate about education and learning, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design and Media arts with a concentration in 3D modeling and Animation at Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing at WGU. I believe that my diverse academic background and interests can help me bring creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills to any team and community.In my previous role as a data entry specialist at WGU, I was responsible for submitting scores for students' tests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise. I have developed strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in various software applications and databases. Previously, I worked as an enrollment broker at Maximus, where I assisted clients with enrollment into government programs, and as an administrative assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where I supported students and parents with their dorms and move-ins.
