My goals for the future are to gain enough experience to be able to obtain a career in something that I have found to be enjoyable and maintaining the sense of purpose in my work that I can pass to the next generation. Also to have a career that will sustain my more personal goals in life.I have worked in a safety assistant position for a year learning OSHA standards for Work Safety and I have earned my OSHA 10 certification, as well as my first aid, adult CPR, adult AED and Epi-Pen certification cards. I have also worked on as a receptionist at a switchboard console which taught me how to manage multiple phone calls, customer service and time management between the two. I have worked as a cashier and a hostess which taught me money management and working with a sense of purpose. I've also learned problem solving and repair techniques as well as spyware and virus removal on Windows (vista, XP, 7 & 8), Mac, and Linux operating systems. I've learned to clean and replace hardware as well as software, and to manage email clients. As a field technician working for SMARTECH, I was able to become Dell certified in many aspects of both Hardware and Software testing through the legacy bios.
