While at Telstra, she proved her ability to deliver large scale, multimillion-dollar programs on time and on budget. At the heart of Em’s success is her unrelenting focus on building a culture of transparency, lean leadership, learning and innovation.Em is an active member of the global agile community and was invited to co-chair the Enterprise Agile track for the Agile Alliance 2014, 2015 and 2016 conferences.
