Responsible for clinical standards, patient care and over site of a staff of 50. Immediate response to untoward events and followup with the management team.

Caring for critically ill patients in an ICU setting. CCU, MICU, STICU, pre and post heart transplants.

Responsible for all aspects of patient care, program and staff development, accredtation standards, budget and strategic planning for a 24 bed unit in a university hospital.
