• Provide front-line customer service to current and prospective students via phone and email regarding application, registration, enrollment, course completion, ILC policies and processes• Ensure follow-up and resolution of students’ cases per service level agreements• Process student registrations and enrollments, ensuring Ministry of Ontario and TVO ILC requirements are met• Maintain and update TVO ILC’s Student Information System, documenting in detail identified student concerns and solutions• Collaborate and liaise with the Academic and Guidance Support Teams to optimize student success and experience

Sales targets by converting enquiries into bookings, utilizing effective qualifying, follow up, and quote management processes. Create personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance before, during, and after the trip. Use of Amadeus, Salesforce, and Genesys.

Cabin preparation before embarkation and postlanding duties, ensuring safety procedures are followed, engaging with customers to provide an approachable and friendly service, use of POS system to sell onboard products, competency in handling emergency and medical incidents including First Aid, intercultural competency, managing a challenging working schedule with up to an average of 80-110 flying hours per month.

Store: Cashier duties, assisting customers, handling stock, unloading trucks.E-commerce: Picking and packing incoming orders, processing outbound orders using scanners, making and printing shipping labels, in-store transfer for stock replenishment, palletizing cases, and maintaining facility cleanliness.
