• Coordinating Teen programming and events at Maplewood, White Bear Lake, and North St. Paul libraries.• Researching and ordering materials for Teen Nonfiction, Teen Audio Book, and Teen Audio eBook collections for Ramsey Country Library, along with managing the collection budgets.• Managing budget for Teen programming for Ramsey County Library.• Second in charge: addressing schedule questions, incidents, emergencies, fines/fees and other managerial duties/issues when schedule requires. • Supervising Americorps members, teen workers, volunteers: Approving time cards, drafting performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching and training.• Performing outreach to local schools, other local organizations that serve the youth population in the area, collaborating on programs and services to better serve the youth in the community.• Providing in person, telephone, and online reference and readers advisory services to all library users.
