My role as an Account Executive at Reciprocity meant working with our partner-led SMB team to carry out Recicprocity's goal of simplifying GRC for small to medium-sized businesses. I ran proper discovery and demonstration calls to showcase our industry-leading platform, ZenGRC. I worked closely with my leaders to strategize around SMB market exposure, run unique and tailored sales cycles, and generate new business.

Reciprocity's vision is to simplify governance, risk, and compliance for organizations like Omada Health, Datto, and Beeline. In my role as a Marketing Development Representative, I was responsible for generating and qualifying inbound leads for the Account Executive team. Before passing on these leads, I was in charge of conducting research/discovery and communicating/educating prospects.During my time in this role, I built a new hire enablement which helped onboard and train new hires joining the team. This enablement helped me and other colleagues to train and enable new MDRs.
