• Responded to Fire, Medical , Haz-Mat, and Rescue emergencies within the city limits and beyond serving a population of 100,000 residents in the Pitt-Greenville area. • Recruited, scheduled, trained, and empowered over 100 volunteers across 6 precincts in Pitt County to become actively engaged in the political process. • Trained and supervised three Early Vote Organizers to effectively canvass assigned territory.• Built a cohesive volunteer infrastructure, organized media events, represented OFA-NC at community events, meetings, and organized local trainings. Including visits from The First Lady, various political figures, and celebrities.• Used Votebuilder (CRM) to strategically map out precincts and cut turf based on data collected.• Worked collaboratively with seven fellow Field Organizers, GOTV Director, and Regional Field Director to develop and execute an organizing plan that reflected the needs and realities of the region.• Oversaw six precincts (Greenville 1, 3, 4A, 4B, 5B, Bethel). Territory was a mix of urban/ suburban with high-density population that was strongly democratic. Territory was won with a commanding 74% of votes.
