As program director of the company, I am responsible for sourcing dedicated teaching and management staff, curriculum development, and working closely with immigration procedures to procure working visas and travel permits for employees from around the world.Additionally, I am responsible for the delivery of the program, including staff and student support, counselling, workshop facilitation, observing staff, and providing feedback to staff, students, clients and stakeholders. As program director of Samsung Life Insurance’s "킹왕짱" Language Program, I was required to develop an interactive language program by working together with Samsung employees. Writing textbooks, planning activity programs, hiring English, Korean and Chinese speaking employees, and managing the day-to-day running of the programs was an integral part of my job description.

While working at KoreaTech University, I was responsible for designing and implementing curriculum for the English Conversation and English Presentation Skills courses. I was responsible for providing on-going feedback and grades to students throughout the semester, as well as working within an international, multi-cultural team. Additional responsibilities include career guidance, academic advisement, and student exchange program selection.

While living in South Korea, I have taught at a variety of English and Business intensive programs, usually specialising in Presentation skills. I have taught for companies such as Hyundai Construction, LG Electronics, LG Chemical, Samsung Electronics, Korea Post, and a number of South Korean universities. I have consistently received student satisfaction scores of +95% and have in-depth knowledge of English language proficiency exams, such as the TOEIC and OPIc tests.

After receiving an EQ rating of S1 in 2006, I taught in a number of schools throughout Brisbane on a contract basis. Contract terms varied from 1 week to 20 weeks. I was responsible for teaching a variety of subjects – SOSE, English, Film, Drama, and Music, to students aged 11 – 18. Curriculum development and delivery, behaviour management, and working in a team were major responsibilities of this role.
