Provided support and implemented behavioural plans for individuals with ASD

Currently employed as a Clinical Research Associate at the Traumatic Stress Clinic- a clinic that operates from the Westmead Institute of Medical Research and the University of New South Wales. In this role, I act as the interface between clients and a team of 7 clinicians. I conduct clinical intakes for Post-traumatic stress disorder and prolonged grief and provide education to clients about our programs which focus around Cognitive behaviour therapy and exposure therapy. I also complete follow up structured assessments (Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale and the Structural Clinical Interview for DSM-V) with clients post treatment. Further, I coordinate RCTs for Coping with COVID-19 and GRIT training for Correction Officers. Through this I am responsible for coding psychometrics, data entry, follow-up assessments, and handling monetary reimbursements. In this role I also schedule clients appointments, liaise with other health care professionals, provide referrals to clients, and other research tasks such as data cleaning, fidelity checking, and meta-analysis screenings.
