• Planning, management and leading of comprehensive, impact-related projects on Social Entrepreneurship, funded by the European Union and Brot fuer die welt. Resulted in delivering grants of 1.4 million GEL to local stakeholders and establishment of 57 Social Enterprises.• Strategic relationship building, maintaining and scale-up with international as well as local actors of the field, as such the European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA), Civil Society Institute (CSI), Arbeiter Samariter Bund (ASB), Young Pedagogs' Union Georgia, etc.• Managing, coordinating and leading a team of Social Entrepreneurship programme at the CSRDG, organization of the team, delegation of the responsibilities in order to maximize skills and experiences of each individual in the team.

• Elaboration and implementation of Programmes and Projects; Overall management and coordination of the Program.• Providing consultancy support on Organizational Development for partners, target and contractor organizations. • Elaboration and implementation of different training courses on following issues - Organizational Needs Assessment; Organizational and Programme Monitoring & Evaluation; General Management; Elaboration of Mission Statement; ¬Strategic/ Operational Planning; Volunteer management; RBM; Project Writing; Fundraising. Resulted in delivering trainings for more than 20'000 representatives of public organizations and civil activists and 1'000 meetings with 80% participation of women.

• Foundation of the organization, strategic planning & communication, capacity building, fundraising, proposals-writing & reporting.

• Leading the initiative of foundation of the Social Enterprise Alliance Georgia by the CSRDG and other field actors in 2016.• Supporting SEA's capacity building, coaching of the staff when necessary.• Consulting SEA's team on organizational development, strategic vision and documents, participating in annual board meetings, allocating resources from other actors when such involvement is necessary. Resulted in SEA to have become the only umbrella and social enterprises membership-based organization in Georgia with sustainable income source from the Social Concept Store ESKI.
