Won multiple merit based awards. - Submitted numerous ideas that became permanent changes to the entire Customer Care department. - One of two agents trained to work Omni Channel communications. - Assisted customers in a prompt and efficient manner via email, phone and Live Chat with all inquires including technical support, website bugs, refunds and explanations of services. - Advised staff on handling calls, emails and chats in all company policies. Used payment processors to further aid in co-workers support of customers. - Has participated in all additional projects offered (and/or invited to) including brainstorming for the Business and Law Enforcement department, Customer Care projects, Zendesk application inclusion and so on.- Proficient usage of Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and the company's Central Administration system as well as the company's website and services.
