• Set the SharePoint team’s strategic direction, priorities, and approach, ensuring the team is focused on sustainable, high-priority solutions that support the center’s research. • Architect SharePoint solutions and prepare user stories and specifications for developers, enabling efficient development and delivery of solutions. • Work with customers across the enterprise to analyze, design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions, increasing the effectiveness of the center’s teams. • Provide guidance to customers on best practices and sustainable choices for SharePoint solutions to facilitate long-term maintenance and maximize future upgradability. • Provide roll-out planning, including user guides, solution-specific training, issue monitoring, and operational support, ensuring new solutions are adopted successfully. • Starting in 2018, served as Product Owner and Scrum Master for the SharePoint team’s projects and ongoing maintenance of existing SharePoint solutions, increasing the delivery of projects to customers. • Drive a comprehensive program of training and outreach to end users and site owners, increasing their confidence and ability to be front-line support in their teams.
