My mission is to support adult learners in enhancing their skills and knowledge, and to foster collaboration across the company and the field.As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an early childhood subject matter expert, I leverage data-driven and evidence-based approaches to create engaging and effective content and to drive sales growth. In my current role, I achieved a remarkable 150% sales growth for Coach Membership, collaborated with product managers and owners to refine and improve product iterations, and designed new systems to support successful virtual PD implementation.
