As the Director of Development, 25th Anniversary Campaign Lead, I play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, planning, and execution of Year Up United’s 25th Anniversary fundraising efforts. Specifically, I oversee all aspects of our signature event, the 25th Anniversary Gala, scheduled for October 2025.In this capacity, I lead the development of a comprehensive fundraising campaign aimed at raising millions of dollars from a diverse group of donors, including individuals, corporations, and key supporters. This milestone campaign offers a unique opportunity to strengthen our impact and advance Year Up United’s mission during a defining moment in the organization's history.

As the Chief Elected and Executive Officers of the Town, the Select Board are vested with all the municipal authority not specifically retained by the Town's legislative body, Town Meeting, or other elected boards. Elizabeth was responsible for the Custom Development Services organization at SkillSoft managing the sales team as well as driving the strategy for custom content development.

She moved into a Custom Solutions Business Development position in March 2003 focusing on the management of custom client relationships through the sales and project lifecycles. In this role, she partnered with clients to ensure that they are leveraging industry best practices and leading edge technologies to create custom curricula to maximize performance.
