I work with organizations of all shapes and sizes to strengthen strategy and craft communications that build engagement, reputation, revenue, and culture.

As HGA's first communications leader, I led a full rebrand of the organization and built a cross-functional team to bring it to life. As a result, the firm experienced significant increases in brand recognition, market visibility, and media placements. As a member of the executive leadership team, I advised and created communications for the C-suite and other leaders, helped create and implement the strategic plan, and led the planning and production of the firm’s annual shareholder meetings. I developed, led, and communicated major strategic and change initiatives focused on sustainability, equity, and a transformation of the firm’s work environment.

Directed the communications, marketing, and development efforts for national organization supporting playwrights, theater artists, and the development of new work.

Partnered primarily with arts-focused organizations in strategic planning, board engagement, communications/marketing, development, event planning, and grant research and writing.
