Oversees the daily operations of the broadcast and technical department. Duties included are plannig, implementing and programming of the sports to be presented and aired over the social media network and the application software. Takes care of the relationship of the broadcast personnel and the management. Evaluation of the broadcasting personnel on their job. Provides direction, leadership and supervision of the staff, players and other sports personnel in the broadcast booth. Manages equipment and prepares the weekly report of the equipment to be maintained to for procurement.

Oversees the smooth operation of REDCUBE Production's internal post production facility including evaluating new projects, managing client and library services. Personnel management attached to post production activities, including temporary and freelance editors, and approving final outputs of projects. Provides proper workflow for production, live webstreaming and post-production.
