A highly motivated and self driven individual with expertise in Biochemical, and Nutritional sciences/research. I am currently working as and Analytical and Specification Scientist at Burnett Dairy, Wisconsin with emphasis on Nutritional Compliance and Regulations. I have also worked as consultant for Quality improvement and Method development for Analytical methods for Vitamins/micronutrients. I have worked as a research scholar in Dept. of Pharmaceutical Sciences at South Dakota State University. I have earned my doctorate (PhD) and Masters Degree (MS) in Biochemistry from National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), India. During my 8 year of research experience, I got an excellent exposure of Analytical and Biochemical techniques such as protein purification and characterization including SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and immuno-chemical detection techniques. I have valuable expertise on HPLC, GC, Hematology, Time Scan Spectrophotometry, Biochemical Assays - especially enzymatic assays and Immunological techniques, in vivo (rats, mouse) studies. During my doctorate, I earned valuable experience in designing and executing experimental plans independently, in addition to performing statistical analysis of data and evaluation/interpretation of results.
