As the Director of Business Development & Solution Design, I was responsible for increasing our company’s top line and bottom line revenue by driving up our gross sales and identifying ways to increase productivity and reduce costs. In my role, I also focused on identifying the unique requirements of our customers to design the right solution using our suite of Cyber-Physical Security products. My responsibilities included working with our OEM partners and supply chain manufacturers to ensure our multi-faceted products are delivered to our customers per the specifications in our design. Identifying, establishing, and negotiating strategic partnerships with cutting-edge companies in the Cyber Security space was critical part of my job.

As the Director of Enterprise Solutions and Architecture, I provided guidance for the strategic technology decisions and investments our company made in both the corporate and customer facing environments. My team of architects provided critical input to help develop an effective long-term IT strategy and investment model to support Serco’s technology initiatives that enable our Business Units to excel in their respective market segments. As a primary responsibility, my team supported our Business Development efforts as Technical Solutions Architects and SMEs. I participated on numerous bids in our Defense, Civilian Services, and Transportation Business Units leveraging leading edge technologies to develop top notch solutions.

As the Director of IT Operations for Serco North America, I was responsible for an enterprise network that supported thousands of employees with 30 corporate and customer sites all over the United States and Canada. I had the privilege of leading a talented staff of highly technical individuals that made up the IT Service Desk, Network Engineering, Server Operations, Enterprise Applications, and Database Team. I was responsible for an extensive IT Infrastructure budget that included capex, operational costs and staff salaries.
