• Supervising Supply Chain procedures, including order planning, shipping, warehousing, Inventory. • Prepare and review the required contracts with vendors, in line with the company policy.• Collaborate with financial team members on invoicing, LC and other financial matters• Collaborate with sourcing team and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new vendors • Train and instruct vendors to use our different systems(SDS,ABACO&B2S) and suppliers systems• Checking supplier's capacity to ensure placement is within capacity limitations • Monitor vendors or suppliers performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements• Meet with vendors or suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes • Managing distributions, destinations, pick and packs • Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers• Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing standards, regulations, or laws.• Provide guidance and direction to subordinates

• Receive purchase orders and handing over to vendors.• Create T&A with corresponding dates for each operation, making sure T&A are matching with Requested Delivery date• Going through all details with vendors or suppliers from fabric making, accessories purchasing and capacity plan to make sure of all the given parameters are leading to on time delivery.• Responsible for labels and accessories' suppliers.• Prepare weekly confidential T&A reports for presentation to management.• Manage the system in terms of all purchase orders, data follow up and shipping procedures • Arrange shipments notifications, procedures, shipping line communications, and forwarders• Track shipments to make sure they arrive at their destination.• Review and upload packing list , invoice, Euro Med , BL & AWB• Review LC and follow up with financial department till receiving the LC swift to handing over to vendors

• Handling all kinds of communication with customers regarding prices negotiations, orders placement and delivery dates.• Responsible for customer total account (Tesco –Charming Shoppes (Lane Bryant) – Disney) starting from development, sketch review, color approval, fitting approval, all samples process “proto, sales man samples, advertising samples etc. • Follow up the confirmed orders, customer PO , yarn purchasing and fabric making ( Knitting –dyeing –yarn dyeing – printing – embroidery –cutting-sewing-packing) to ensure smooth production, good quality and on time deliveries.• Responsible for purchasing all the required materials and accessories.• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers• Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage• Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices• Follow up shipping procedures to ensure time delivery – handling T&A calendars and order placement inside factory and total production plan. • Assist management in direction setting by reporting the total sales and cost vs. revenue of each order for better planning and target settings
