Launched digital L&D services:- Internal Startup SberQ - immersive executive assessment tool for soft skills evaluation and psychodiagnosis, released to the external market. SberQ was recognized as the best HR Tech product of the year (HR Tech Forum & Award 2020, Moscow, Russia). In 2021 its product line was expanded: SberQ Lite (for middle management) and SberQ Game (for linear management) were launched- Proprietary Assessment Digital Tool combined from 360-degree + managers’ NPS + trust index (MAU >60K, 120K unique users), the basis for development plans and recommendation system on Sber HR-platform. It allowed the company to provide feedback and recommendations for all managers in Sber- Proprietary Psychometric Assessment: personality, motivation, learning agility, uncertainty tolerance and resilience, and verbal, numerical and logical reasoning. >150K employees and >40K candidates have been evaluated by this toolDelivered L&D projects:- Sber Competency Model (key soft skills set for every employee, the basis of learning and talent management system), developed to support the Strategy of Sber and the company's business priorities and culture- annual Sber Professional Competition for non-managerial employees of Sber and subsidiary companies (>50K participants in 2021)- assessment procedures for 100% critical roles in regional branches- employee experience lifecycle for the agile-divisions, including hard skills evaluation system, expert career paths and learning tracks for ~10К IT-experts (developers, UX-designers, product managers, data scientiests)- community management approach (25+ professional communities – SberProfi – were launched)

- centralized the training organization function by organizing and leading 7 new regional brunches of SberUniversity. - developed online analytical reporting system - developed Leaders Teach Leaders approach (~200 top managers took part in learning programs as teachers/lectors sharing their knowledge and expertise to middle managers and making learning programs more effective)

- managed team of 40 people in 3 regions- launched more than 100 lean 6 sigma projects (1,3 billions rubles cost savings)- developed lean 6 sigma learning program for key partners and clients of Zapadno-Uralsky Bank
