Provide end-to-end infrastructure services to fiber, wireline and wireless carrier customers in the telecom industry, responsible for project organization.Maintain direct communication with customers and report directly to the Project Manager for project-specific information.Work with the finance team to ensure that all revenue is accurately accounted for in daily and weekly cost and production reports, as well as cost per man hour reports to stakeholders. Review invoices from subcontractors to confirm production.Assist the management team with monthly forecasts and end-of-month explanations for forecast and actual variances.Also contribute to the development of change order requests with the Project Manager (as required)

Provide leadership and expertise to the HHA about the specific needs of the client and ensure the service are prescribed following client’s plan of care. Oversee a caseload a 130+ clients simultaneously supervise 250+ HHAs and make sure they are compliance with DOH standards. Enforce and provide disciplinary actions to the HHA on an as-needed, while build a successful and lasting relationship with clients and HHAs.

Responsible for doing the Santrax hourly report of different vendors; call clients and homecare worker to verify her presence. Add detailed notes on HCPLUS and make change to the client and homecare worker scheduling. I am also responsible to save each of the report and make a daily report and summit it to the Program director and his working team.

Food Protection and Hygiene Certified. Key holder, Report to the manager the daily activities, make order of food and store supplies and keep record of every inquiry. Process payments and answer phone calls as well as answer all costumer requests and coordinate swift resolution.
